There are many people who come to Korea for work and have to go back to their country quickly. They can not search for foods all over Korea. Therefore I will pick Korean food for foreigners who come to Korea for just a short period of time but want to experience a bit of taste of Korea.
GanJang GeJang & YangNyeom GeJang (간장게장 & 양념게장)
GanJang GeJang is Soy Sauce Marinated Crab and YangNyeom GeJang is Spicy Marinated Crab. GanJang GeJang & YangNyeom GeJang are part of "Jang" category of Korean food. "Jang" means fermented bean such as soy bean. GanJang GeJang is crab dish made with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and little bit of pepper. YangNyeom GeJang is crab dish made with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a lot of pepper. What makes me to recommend GanJang GeJang & YangNyeom GeJang dish to foreigners is that most GanJang GeJang & YangNyeom GeJang restaurants provide variety of side dishes which is one of the most important Korean food culture you can find in Korea.

-> My recommendation: I really want to recommend eating everything I put on the Price. If you are alone, order GanJang GeJang and rice table or GaeSal BiBimBab. If you are with other people, order GanJang GeJang table d'hote or YangNyeom GeJang.
