What foreigners should eat in South Korea (part 1) - ChunCheon Dakgalbi (Spiced & Grilled Chicken)

There are many foods you should eat in South Korea.
Today, I am going to introduce "ChunCheon Dakgalbi"(춘천닭갈비) which is Spiced & Grilled Chicken dish. ChunCheon is a city in Gangwon province in South Korea where this dish is invented.

Chicken, rice cake, and vegetables such as cabbage are mixed with Korean spiced pepper sauce and grilled on the metal plate.

When you finish eating chicken, you can order "BokGeumBab" which is grilled rice. As you order, cooking assistant in restaurant mixes rice and left vegetables. Many people in Korea consider "BokGeumBab" as crucial course of menu when eating "ChunCheon Dakgalbi". I recommend eating "ChunCheon Dakgalbi" at "JeongTong ChunCheon Dakgalbi restaurant"(정통춘천닭갈비) at Banseok-Dong, Yuseong-Gu, Daejeon, South Korea(대전광역시 유성구 반석동), but you can easily find "ChunCheon Dakgalbi" restaurant in any where in Korea as it's one of the most popular dish in South Korea.
