Korean Traditional Table d'hote is Korean Traditional dishes on whole table. There are various kinds of Korean Traditional Table d'hote in Korea called "HanJungSik"(한정식).
Today, I'm going to introduce Hot Stone Pot BiBimBab(Bibimbab is rice mixed with various vegetables, some meat, and egg(sometimes)).
This is the front main entrance of Korean Traditional Food restaurant.
This restaurant is called "GwiBinDolSotBab"(귀빈돌솥밥) in Daejeon(대전).
The front black dish is 'hot stone rice'. Hot stone dish is for keep the warmth of the rice. There are some black bean and carrot on the top of the rice. You can also see some other white dishes above the hot stone rice. Those are all kinds of vegetables. You can choose the vegetable you would like to mix with your rice.
Those are other vegetables including Kimchi. Kimchi is for its own which means that people don't mix kimchi with hot stone rice.
The lowest white dish is raw egg which you can(mostly do) put in hot stone rice and mix. While you mix, the egg gets cooked so basically you are not eating raw egg. There is also black bean and rice soup which is appetizer. And the third greenish soup is also soybean paste soup which is made only with vegetable(so don't worry). And the biggest black stone plate in the middle is BulGoGi(불고기) which is thinly sliced grilled meat with some vegetables.
So the whole table looks like this and this is surprisingly only cost 12000 won (about 12 dollars) per a person.
You can sit on floor(which is very common in Korean restaurant).
Or you can sit on chair.
