SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone is a small volcano near sea shore. People named this Tuff Cone 'SeongSan' as it looks like castle (Seong in Korean, San is mountain in Korean). SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone is one of three UNESCO World Natural Heritage. Most people experience SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone by climbing up and see the crater on SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone. I personally think SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone is the best natural heritage in Korea and many other Korean friends also think so.
2. UlLeongDo Island (울릉도)
UlLeongDo Island is one of the few island in East Sea of Korea. UlLeongDo Island is famous for its coastal trail. Harmony of wonderful volcanic rock face and magnificent Pacific Sea like East Sea. From DoDong port to JeoDong port, you can view the incredible shoreline in just 2 hours (2.6 km).
3. SunCheon Bay International Wetland (순천만습지)
SunCheon Bay International Wetland is best seen at YongSan observatory (용산전망대). Reeds, and tideland marsh makes such a beautiful scenery. SunCheon Bay International Wetland is one of the wetlands that represent Korean wetland and one of the top 5 wetlands in the world.
4. JiRiSan ShilBiDan Falls (지리산 실비단폭포)
JiRiSan mountain is one of the most famous mountain with Halla mountain and SeoRakSan Mountain. Among the scenery of JiRiSan mountain, JiRiSan ShilBiDan Falls is said as one of the best scenery in JiRiSan mountain. ShilBiDan means silk thread. The Falls is named ShilBiDan Falls as it seems like the falls look like silk thread.
5. GwangChiGi Beach (광치기해변)
You may be confused by the picture with SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone. Actually GwangChiGi Beach is a beach near SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone. Near the beach are basalt stone with moss growing on it. The scenery is magnificent with SeongSan IlChulBong Tuff Cone on the background.
6. JeongBang Falls (정방폭포)
JeongBang Falls is a fall near seashore. On the other side of the fall in the picture is ocean. This is the only seashore falls in Asia. The height of the falls is 23 m and the width is 10 m.
7. Halla San Mountain BaengNokDam Crater Lake (한라산 백록담)
Halla San Mountain is the tallest mountain in South Korea and the biggest volcano in Korea. On the top of Halla San Mountain is BaengNokDam Crater Lake. Many people visit BaengNokDam Crater Lake in either summer or winter for better scenery.
8. SeoRakSan Mountain GongNyong Ridge (설악산 공룡능선)
SeoRakSan Mountain is one of the largest and famous mountain in Korea. Among the magnificent scenery in SeoRakSan Mountain, GongNyong Ridge is said as the best scenery in SeoRakSan Mountain. GongNyong means dinosaur. This ridge is named GongNyong Ridge because the ridge looks like the back of dinosaur.
9. DaeDunSan SamSun Stairways (대둔산 삼선계단)
I chose DaeDunSan SamSun Stairways because this stairway is very extraordinary for its thrilling experience.
Tip: Please take cable car. I didn't take the cable car to go up to starting point of stairway and it was regretful experience as mountain trail is very steep.

10. GeoJe HaeGeumGang Island (거제 해금강)
HaeGeumGang Island is a small island that is split in four parts. In a round shape island has cross shape water way. The beauty of HaeGeumGang Island is this cross shape small water way. Cruise ships go inside the cross shape water way to see this natural beauty.
