When you visit a country, it is certain that you should visit the capital city of the country. Seoul city is the capital city of South Korea with 10 million residents. Seoul has been capital city of Korea from Joseon dynasty (1392~1910) to recent days. Therefore Seoul has many historical and cultural heritage and modern skyscrapers.
2. Jeju Island (제주도)
Jeju Island is the geographical capital city of Korea. Jeju Island has so many magnificent topography so many Koreans in Korean peninsula visits Jeju Island for vacation.
3. GyeongJu (경주)
GyeongJu was the capital city of Silla dynasty (57 B.C. ~ 935 A.D.). There are so many historical sites in GyeongJu. However, GyeongJu has different culture compared to Seoul. It has different architectural style, different artifacts.
4. Busan (부산)
Busan is second biggest city in Korea. Busan has beautiful scenery at HaeDongYongGungSa Temple and TaeJongDae Park. You can also taste a variety of seafood in Busan.
5. DMZ (비무장지대)
DMZ is very exotic place for anyone in the world. Even Koreans rarely visit DMZ. However, if you take some risk, you can see the separation point of South and North Korea. You should book for DMZ tour for your tour to DMZ.
